The day itself started early and very warm indeed. Already we were thinking are we going to manage to reach the end of the day.
However after a few minor problems, like people not turning up that had put their name down , and not rembered, we were able to make hurried phone calls and replaced with other members.
The day started everyone was happy, and I tried to make sure everyone had applied sun cream, they went out armed with Hats and Water.
There were many times during the day when they all needed reminding about the need for water, and by mid-day we were wearing wet towels round our necks, this helped enormously.
Picnic's were eaten at this point plus more fluid intake, we were recharged ready for the afternoon games. WHEW !!!!!!.
